Methodological approaches to the formation of the forecast food balance of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Abstract

The article provides a brief analysis of the current state of the balance of certain types of food resources, the level of self-sufficiency in basic agricultural products, average per capita consumption and the norms of food consumption in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Some provisions of the developed methodology of forecasting the food balance, taking into account regional peculiarities are considered.
