Abstract

Research results of the Institute of Automation and Control Processes FEB RAS in computer graphics and computer vision (1976–2020). V.A. BOBKOV, A.P. KUDRYASHOV, M.A. MOROZOV (Institute of Automation and Control Processes, FEB RAS, Vladivostok).

The article provides an overview of the most important results obtained by the Institute of Automation and Control Processes in the field of computer graphics and computer vision: a universal graphic system and its applications in the field of automation of scientific research, design automation and map automation; geoinformation systems; voxel graphics and constructive geometry system; simulator for autonomous underwater robots (AUV); methods of visual navigation for AUV and 3D reconstruction of objects from images.
