Abstract

V.K. Arseniev and his connections with the leaders of the Russian Academy of Sciences. A.A. KHISAMUTDINOV (Central Scientific Library, FEB RAS, Vladivostok; Far Eastern Federal University, Vladivostok).

The article is devoted to the connections of the famous explorer and scholar V.K. Arseniev with full members and a corresponding members of the Russian / USSR Academy of Sciences, among them: Lev Semenovich Berg (1876–1950), Vladimir Leontievich Komarov (1869–1945), Afrikan Nikolaevich Krishtofovich (1885–1953), Sergei Fedorovich Oldenburg (1863–1934), Alexander Evgenievich Fersman (1883–1945), Vladimir Timofeevich Shevyakov (1859–1930). In the publication, their correspondence is partially used, their printing gifts are noted, autographs are given and Arseniev’s notes are indicated. For this article the materials from the personal collection of V.K. Arseniev, which are kept in the archive and library of the Society for the Study of the Amur Region (Amur Region Research Society, Branch of the Russian Geographical Society, Vladivostok) were used.
