Abstract

Expression and isolation optimization of recombinant analog of actinoporin Hct-A2 from sea anemone Heteractis crispa. A.P. PAVLENKO (G.B. Elyakov Pacific Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, FEB RAS, Vladivostok).

The conditions of the expression and isolation of the recombinant analog of actinoporin Hct-A2 from sea anemone Heteractis crispa were selected. The high pressure homogenization of cells was found to increase the yield of recombinant actinoporin in a soluble form, in contrast to the ultrasonic cell destruction.
