The new data on taxonomic composition of supralittoral vascular plants of the Popov Island, Peter the Great Bay, the Sea of Japan are presented. 36 species from 32 genera and 17 families were recorded on the three inspected sectors of the supralittoral in July-September 2019. Six species found on the Likander Peninsula, Far Eastern Marine Biosphere Reserve are new to the flora of the Popov Island (Argusia sibirica, Atriplex patula, Calystegia soldanella, Equisetum arvense, Vicia japonica, Thymus komarovii). Two species are rare. Argusia sibirica is registered in the Red Data Book of the Primorsky Krai (Plants). Calystegia soldanella is registered in The Red Data Book of the Primorsky Krai (Plants) and The Red Data Book of the Russian Federation (Plants and fungi).
