Keywords:
Maackia amurensis, isoflavones, glycosides.Abstract
Seven isoflavonoids, including five new glycosides, were isolated from bark of Maackia amurensis roots, and their structures were identified as daidzin-4’-O-gentiobioside, 7-O-gentiobiosyldaidzein-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 7-O-gentiobiosylgenistein-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 3’-methoxydaidzein-7-O-gentiobioside and kalikosin-7-Ogentiobioside. In the roots of M. amurensis, the isoflavonoids 4’-O-β-D-glucopyranosides of daidzin and genistin were found for the first time.
