The article presents the results of studies to determine the effect of NaCl concentration on the development of microorganisms of Bacillus subtilis. The dynamics of biomass development has been studied and the range of salt concentration has been found for its subsequent optimization with the aim of accumulating and increasing the activity of microorganism biomass in the probiotic feed additive.
