The article presents the study results of cultivation of winter and spring wheat, after harvesting soybean varieties of different maturity groups with usage of desiccation by preparations of Tornado 500 and Reglon Super. We offer to use early-ripen soybean varieties with vegetation period of 100 days, as predecessor for winter wheat. It was defined that desiccation of soybeans in after-effect has negative effect upon the number of microscopic fungus and actinomycetes for agro-dark-humus gley soils in Primorsky Krai.
