The paper characterizes the growth and development of honeybee breed Dalnevostochnaya during the season of nectar collection. Our data analysis showed that the reproduction of worker bees and drones was conditioned by two peak values: in mid-June (before the main period of nectar collection from linden trees) and in the end of August. The stable presence of proper nectar sources within the foraging range of honeybees had a significant impact on the reproduction of bee colonies and the replenishment of carbohydrate and protein reserves for overwintering.
