Abstract

The epizootic situation in the Far Eastern Federal District for bovine leukemia virus remains tense, leukemia is registered in seven regions, including Magadan Region. The article analyzes the dynamics of leukemia infection process in the conditions of the Magadan Region and the situation of laboratory studies on bovine leukemia in the period from 2016 to 2021. Monitoring of laboratory studies has shown that today in the Magadan Region, the leading method of serological examination for bovine leukemia is immunodiffusion reaction (IDR). Planned measures to conduct serological studies show a positive trend in the improvement of livestock farms from leukemia for the period 2016–2021.
