Abstract

The analysis of the available original factual material obtained during expeditions and the generalization of published data and maps allowed defining some morphologic features of the bays’ bottoms in the western areas of the Sea of Okhotsk and the Sea of Japan. The study revealed new regularities; some suggestions are made concerning the topography development tendencies in the Tugur Bay.
