Abstract

Application of parallel and distributed processing techniques for computer-aided design problems. O.V. ABRAMOV (Institute of Automation and Control Processes, FEB RAS, Vladivostok).

A theoretical approach and applied techniques for designing analogous engineering devices and systems with due account of random variations in system parameters and reliability specifications are considered. Efficient algorithms for multivariate analysis and optimal parametric synthesis have been developed according to the criteria of serial suitability (yield) and parametric reliability, based on the technology of parallel and distributed computing, as well as the necessary software tools for their  mplementation in computer-aided design systems of electronic equipment.
