Abstract

Sarkisyan’s D3 modified linear diagnostic model is applied to simulate current system in the Peter the Great Bay (the Sea of Japan) using oceanographic СТD observations carried out by Far Eastern Regional Hydrometeorological Research Institute (FERHRI) from 2007 to 2010. The main features of sea water circulation, which are typical for the periods of the oceanographic surveys, were revealed.
